I was/am having sinus issues especially issues with my ears and went to three doctors, not to mention I went to a ENT urgent care as well. I still had issues & decided to get another opinion since I didn’t think mine were taking seriously & I was still having issues. I googled doctors and found Dr. Reddy. I read the reviews n not to mention he has five stars so I decided to make the over hour long journey to see him. I was in and out, and Dr. Reddy was very knowledgeable about my situation and checked my ears and knew right away. I have been under Dr. Reddy's care for quite some time. When I first came to his office with sinus problems, I felt overwhelmed and frustrated as I dealt with it for about a year until I decided to do something about it. The first impression of the visit was the amount of knowledge that Dr. Reddy shared with me and how understanding he was about how I felt, he never belittled what I was explaining to him, rather he was a good listener and sympathized with me. After a few visits, Dr. Reddy offered me multiple options to improve my sinuses and I decided to have surgery. The surgery was successful, thank God and Dr. Reddy and this was the best decision I could have made. Now I can breathe through my nose again and I don't feel tired or overwhelmed like before. The entire surgery process was easy to follow and understand. As for the staff, his entire team in the office and at the hospital showed a high level of professionalism and always made me feel comfortable during my visits. I am 71 years old. I originally went to see Dr Reddy because I was afraid I might have sleep apnea. Dr Reddy used a camera to look at my ears, nose, and throat and explained to me what I was seeing on the screen, what its function was, and why it wasn’t functioning as it should. It was very educational, and gave me a lot of confidence in Dr Reddy’s knowledge of my problems. It turned out I had 3 problems inside my nose as well as VERY LARGE tonsils. He explained my options and the benefits of each. I chose to have one in-office procedure and a single surgery to fix the other 3 problems. The surgery went very smoothly. Initially I had to wear a nose bandage to trap dripping blood, and my throat was quite tender. But after one week, I felt mostly healed. I would highly recommend Dr Reddy. He is clear in his explanations, a caring doctor, and ends each appointment with asking if I have any more questions. I no longer snore, breathe so much better, and actually have more energy! Dr Reddy performed a sinus surgery as well as a valve procedure. Dr Reddy is incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer any question you may have. He performed the sinus surgery, and I didn't even need pain medication. The best way to describe it was a sensation similarly to being punched in the nose.  Before the procedure took place Dr Reddy gave me his personal cell saying "if there are any issues, don't hesitate to reach out to me". You find that type of communication elsewhere!!
Unexpectedly and no fault of Dr Reddy I had a serious nose bleed. I called the doctor at 9pm on a Friday and he answered and walked me through the next steps. WOW!

Once that healed I had an in office valve procedure, that was completed in under 25 minutes. The recovery was super quick and easy.

Simply put there needs to be more doctors like Reddy. I also had my 6 year old son see him for some ear issue.

I have no congestion anymore and finally breath easy.
